Regarding the
detariffing of ConnectTo interstate and international services:
The Federal Communications
Commission (FCC) has mandated that carriers such as ConnectTo may no longer
file their rates and conditions for state-to-state and international services
with the FCC. The FCC has also ordered that these rates and conditions of service
offerings be made available to the public via the Internet.
As of August 1,
2001, the current rates and conditions of both residential long distance services
and business services are published online by ConnectTo.
In addition, ConnectTo
also makes its rates and conditions of service available to the public at the
Federal Regulatory office in Glendale, California.
ConnectTo reserves
the right to change its rates, terms and conditions of service at any time.
Your continued use of ConnectTo's services constitutes your agreement to ConnectTo's
rates, terms and conditions that are in effect at the time you use the services.
ConnectTo reserves the right to disactivate your account if there has been absolutely no activity on your account for six months.
